At Seen Opticians, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new eyewear; if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your frames within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Request a Return

Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to initiate a return request and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Securely

Place the eyewear back in its original designer case and shipping box, ensuring you include the completed returns form and all original certificates.

Affix Shipping Label

Attach the pre-paid or provided return shipping label to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off & Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
